We provide these services through a privileged agent installed on your clusters and AI-powered assistance.

Usage Rights and Restrictions

  • You may use our services for any lawful purpose
  • You must maintain appropriate security measures for your clusters
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

Service Limitations

  • Service availability may vary and is provided “as is”
  • We may apply rate limiting during periods of heavy usage
  • Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance
  • We use canary deployments for updates

Billing and Payment

  • Services are billed on a usage basis
  • All payments are processed through Stripe
  • Pricing is as displayed on our website
  • No refunds for used services

Liability and Disclaimers

  • We provide recommendations through AI assistance but you are responsible for any actions taken
  • You must review and approve any cluster modifications
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our services
  • You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the service

Data and Privacy

  • We store minimal data: cluster authentication credentials and names
  • Chat histories may be retained for service improvement
  • All billing information is handled by Stripe
  • We maintain secure HTTPS connections

Account Management

  • Team members have access to all clusters within their organization
  • Additional organizations are required for granular access control
  • You are responsible for managing team member access

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms
  • You may terminate service at any time
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Upon termination, you must remove our agent from your clusters

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
